SMS Consent Methods

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Native States, a service of RADcreations LLC, sends transactional SMS messages only after the recipient affirmatively opts in. Consent is optional and is never required to create an account, request a demo, book an appointment, make a purchase, or use Native States services.

Website opt-in

  1. The user visits nativestates.ai/#start and enters their contact information.
  2. A separate SMS consent checkbox is displayed unchecked by default.
  3. The user may submit the form without checking the SMS box.
  4. Native States sends SMS only when the user actively checks the box.

Verbal opt-in during an inbound call

For Native States demo, booking, and service calls, the voice agent confirms the destination number and reads the following disclosure before any SMS is sent:

“Can Native States text your appointment confirmation and up to three appointment updates to the number ending in 7678? Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime. Saying no will not affect your booking.”

The final four digits are replaced with the actual caller number. The agent sends no message unless the caller clearly says yes. Native States retains the call identifier, timestamp, consent-script version, and affirmative response as proof of consent. This consent covers only the stated transactional messages and does not authorize marketing.

First message

The first message identifies Native States, provides the requested confirmation or update, and includes “Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or contact ryan@nativestates.ai.

Withdrawal

Recipients may reply STOP at any time. Native States sends one opt-out confirmation and then sends no further SMS unless the recipient separately opts in again.
