Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern the Native States SMS text messaging program (the “Program”), operated by Native States, a service of RADcreations LLC. SMS opt-in is voluntary and separate from creating an account, requesting a demo, booking an appointment, making a purchase, or using Native States services. You may opt in through the optional checkbox at nativestates.ai or verbally during an inbound call after the Native States agent reads the consent disclosure.

Program summary

Program name: Native States
Message types: account notifications, lead-recovery alerts (e.g., new or missed-call leads), follow-up and service updates, onboarding confirmations, appointment confirmations and appointment updates.
Message frequency: varies based on your account activity and incoming leads. Appointment messages are limited to the confirmation and up to three updates for that appointment unless you separately opt in to another program.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Consent

Opt-in is collected through an optional checkbox or verbally during an inbound call. The website checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. During a call, the agent asks whether Native States may text the caller's appointment confirmation and up to three appointment updates, discloses that message and data rates may apply, explains how to opt out, and states that saying no will not affect the booking. Native States sends no SMS unless the person affirmatively agrees. Consent is not a condition of booking, purchasing, or using any service. Opting out & help

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you re-subscribe. For help at any time, text HELP or email ryan@nativestates.ai.

Data & privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile information, opt-in, or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used only to operate the Program and may be shared solely with the service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) needed to deliver these messages. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.

Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
