These Messaging Terms govern the Native States SMS text messaging program (the “Program”), operated by Native States, a service of RADcreations LLC. SMS opt-in is voluntary and separate from creating an account, requesting a demo, making a purchase, or using Native States services. By providing your mobile number and choosing to opt in on our sign-up form at nativestates.ai, you agree to these terms.
Opt-in is collected through an optional SMS consent checkbox on the sign-up form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form, create an account, request a demo, make a purchase, or use Native States services. By checking the SMS consent box, you confirm that you are the account owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and agree to receive the messages described above from Native States. Native States is the sender of these messages; they are not sent by or on behalf of an unrelated third party. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you re-subscribe. For help at any time, text HELP or email ryan@nativestates.ai.
We do not sell or share your mobile information, opt-in, or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used only to operate the Program and may be shared solely with the service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) needed to deliver these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
