Native States (“Native States,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates nativestates.ai and provides missed-call lead-recovery messaging services for local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

SMS / mobile information

We do not sell or share your mobile information, opt-in, or consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us deliver the messaging service — for example, our telephony and SMS delivery provider — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Information we collect

Account & contact details you provide when you sign up: name, business name, mobile phone number, and email address.
SMS opt-in and consent records, including the date, time, and method of your consent.
Lead and message data processed on your behalf, such as missed-call records, customer messages, and the replies and alerts we generate.
Usage and device data collected automatically when you use our website (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed).

How we use information

To provide missed-call recovery: send instant replies to your customers, alert you to new leads, and run follow-up sequences.
To send you service, account, and lead-notification text messages and emails.
To operate, secure, support, and improve our services.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Text messaging and consent

SMS opt-in is voluntary. By providing your mobile number and choosing to opt in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Native States related to your account, leads, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at the email below. Consent to receive messages is not required to create an account, request a demo, make a purchase, or use Native States services.

Sharing of information

We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer. As stated above, we do not share mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for marketing.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
